朝晩は空気が冷たく寒さを感じますが日中はよく晴れて気持ちの
良い日が続いています。
ただその分乾燥の度合いも厳しいですね・・・
JUNは今日も元気にヘルパーのO.さんとでかけました！！
出かけるときは半袖のTシャツに長袖のシャツを着ていますが帰りは
長袖のシャツは脱いでます(^_-)
しかも顔には汗が～～～～～
泳いだあと20分位歩いてくるので仕方ないですね・・・・
今日の歩数：12286歩
歩いた距離：7.2km
消費カロリー：373kcal
脂肪燃焼量：26g
プラス泳いだ分
