Massive Earthquake

Hello, friends and families!

Thank you for asking our safe through Facebook! As I posted, we all are safe! I just want to update you on us.

When it occured, dad and I were at home. I was taking a half day off since I had a fever, and was asleep in bed. I woke up by a huge/long shake. I was too scared to get out of bed until dad rau up to my room and helped me out. Jun was at his rehabilitation, and got home safely about an hour later. Mom was most affected in our family. She was at her work and had to walk home from there, which was an hour long (it is considerably short though. I heard people walked home for three-five hours) We had a rough night having so many afterquakes.

The town Tokyo is fine, just you know. Many stores open as usual. I’m not sure how much information is available in the U.S., but we are fine in Tokyo. Now, our biggest concern is leak of the radioactivity…as well as other afterquakes. Please send your thoughts and prayers to Japan!

Sturdy Japan! I believe we can still handle this with hope and love! We should be brave, smart, and loved enough to make a miracle happen!!!

Love,
Mihori
