爽やかな秋晴れ～～でも日中は29度という暑さでした(>_<) 初台のリハビリが終わって電車を乗り継いで途中いろいろ用を足して帰宅。。。 とにかくJUNは汗っかきなので玉のような汗が吹きだして止まりません・・・ なんと11633歩も歩いていました！！！！！ 切符の扱い方？や階段の上り下り電車の乗り降りもかなりしっかりしてきました。 こういうことも自信につながってくるといいんですが・・・ お疲れさま(^_-)-☆
