〈足取りも軽く・・・♪〉
日中陽射しが強く暑い位？の陽気のなかJUNはヘルパーのＯ．さんと
でかけました・・・
〈一息ついてリラックス・・・・〉
かなりチェックポイントも間違えないようになっているとのこと(^_^)v
プールもバッチリ！！！
帰宅してからおこなう「振り返り」も積極的にＯ．さんに話しかけ時々ヒント
をもらいながら振り返ります。
隣で聞いている私まで楽しくなってしまうほど二人の会話は弾んでいます♪
