家にいると暖房にたよって外はもっと寒いと思い込みがち・・・
どうしてどうして一歩外にでたら風は冷たいものの爽やかな空気が
体を包み込んでくれました。。。。
陽が高いうちに～～と代々木公園に繰り出しました!(^^)!
今年初めてのWALKINGとRUNNINGです！！！
たくさんの冷たく爽やかな空気を体の中に送り込みおもわず
”今年もがんばるぞぉ・・・！！！”と叫んでしまいました(^^ゞ
JUNもおトンも明日から始動☆
ここでリフレッシュした分頑張ってほしいと思います♡
もちろん私もがんばりま～す(^_^)v
