<東京ﾀﾜｰで日光猿軍団に遭遇♪・・>
寒さ厳しき一日でしたが陽だまりは暖かさを感じる事ができました(*^_^*)
今日のJUNは私のマラソンのお付き合いで朝早くから東京タワーまで送り迎え
をしてくれました。。。
私が走っている間二人は代々木公園でWAKINGに励んだ？そうです。
マラソン終了後、外苑まで戻ってお昼を食べ、またまた国立競技場の周りを
RUNNING＆WALKINGをしました!(^^)!
JUNの歩行数はなんと10532歩でした！！！！
お陰さまで皆元気です！♪
