7月25日（月）☀
この２～３日ちょっと涼しくなっていましたね。。。。
昨日表参道の美容師さんにカットしてもらいサッパリして今週に突入～～～～
ちょっぴり鼻風邪っぽく鼻をかむ回数がふえてます(>_<)
今日はヘルパーのO.さんと三軒茶屋方面へ・・・・
<凄い食欲・・・・>
<黙々と食べてるみたい？！・・・完食！>
ランチを食べふらっとに行きプールは夏休みの関係で7時に振替えなので
4時に帰宅。
少し体を休め食事をしてプールへ～～～～
往復歩きで行ったのでナント14,616歩の記録を作りました！！！！
もちろんSWIMMINGもバッチリ！！♪
