きょうも陽射しの強い一日でした(>_<)
11時半Ｏ.さんと一緒に家を出発！！！
今日から梅ヶ丘のプールが使用できず、9月まで千歳台プールになります。
そして今日は一斉休館日のため泳ぐことができません。。。
そこで三軒茶屋から千歳台のルートをバスに乗って練習したようです(^_-)
時間もたっぷりあり公園でwalkingするには暑すぎるのでマックで一休み・・・
とてもいい選択だと思います。
“ 臨機応変 ” 大事です！！！！！
