立春が過ぎてから寒さが一段と厳しくなり梅の花の開花が遅れてる
とか・・・・
本当に寒いですねぇ～～(>_<)
1週間があっという間です。。。
もう月曜日がきました！
寒いなか元気に歩き泳ぎよく食べよく話し～～O.さんと一日を楽しく
過ごしてきたようです♪
帰宅後の振り返りも積極的にO.さんにヒントをもらいながら思い出して
います。
その様子を見聞きするのもまんざらではありません(^_-)
今日歩いた歩数と距離は9368歩～5.9キロでした！！！！
