5月26日（日）☀ 猛暑日
ただいま午前８時半～～～代々木公園ベンチにいます！
JUNとここに通い始めて９年になりましたが朝☀来るのは初めてです。。。。
日曜日は混んでなかなか座れないことが多いのでいつも遅く起きるおトンが
”９時前に行こう！！！”と・・・・・
”それなら「モーニングセット」をもってベンチで食べましょう！♪”
パンとサラダとコーヒーを持ってGO！！！！
さすが朝の時間は日中の賑やかさも人も少なく空気も緑の色も透明で気持ちいい！！！
WALKINGをしてストレッチをして心も体もすっきり！！！
これから日曜日は”サンデーモーニング♪”と洒落こみましょう(^^♪
